Show Chairman Message - Tim Sullivan

Following our 2022 very successful shows presented a challenge. Moving our date and adding an additional day, greatly increased our total entries, but we no longer precede Valentine’s Day, so our hearts and cupids theme didn't fit. Our membership presented nine different theme ideas (all very interesting) but had to decide on one. Our 2023 theme will be MARDI GRAS! 

As in typical Sun Maid fashion our membership has worked hard to present exhibitors, judges and spectators a fun and exciting time along with our well run dog show. We will have all of our past venues of owner handlers every day, big rosettes, health clinics, pee wee's, California Junior of the Year, CGC, AKC patch program, 4-6 pup, finishing ribbons, silent auction, books, raffles, our famous grand gourmet buffet with a Mardi Gras twist and our second to none Hospitality.

With the Mardi Gras theme we plan to have lots of music (some live), plenty of color (purple, gold, and green), costumes and of course beads. Some of the events will be listed in our premium list (to be out in December,). 

February 17-19, 2023 come to Fresno for the majors and enjoy the fun.
